Annual Fund Raiser
The California Social Tennis Network wants to "give back to the community" on a regular basis. One proven way of doing so is organizing a fund raiser for a good cause. Although we are always open to suggestions for charities and needy organizations to raise funds for, the main thrust of our charitable contributions will be to give to youth tennis organizations.		  



Youth Tennis, a Worthy Cause
Creating great opportunities for children, particularly in a tennis environment is the essence of California Social Tennis Network's collaboration with the Neighborhood Junior Tennis Program (NJTP), a nonprofit organization in the greater Los Angeles area, teaching children tennis skills to empower them to achieve their personal best in the sport of a lifetime.

NJTP's Mission Statement: Improving Our Community Through Tennis

Since 1993, the tennis professionals at NJTP taught over 10,000 hours of tennis, used 12,000 tennis balls and introduced tennis to thousands of children.
Knowing the professional individuals involved, and the quality of tennis taught at NJTP, we think this is a worthy cause for California Social Tennis Network's fund raising efforts.
